Born Ruffians This Saturday Morning
Born Ruffians, the Toronto-based trio, is this week's featured artists. Their new album, Red Yellow Blue, just release yesterday, is very good, to say the least. Actually, it's awesome, if you must know. i've heard these guys before and after listening to the new cd i can't pigeon hole it. it's obviously quite clever and good. i think they're onto something. don't know exactly what it is.just know what i like when i hear it.
I hear you. They are hard to categorize. They have a solid, full sound for three guys, and I love their use of vocal with the occasional a cappella vocal stylings. It's good stuff. thanks for checking in with the site.
